4 Inch Lift Kit Toyota Tacoma 4WD 05-15 by BDS Suspension

OVERVIEW

BDS steps up the performance and capability of the 2005-2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD trucks with a 4-inch suspension lift kit. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 33" tires

This kit takes advantage of BDS's tried and true high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and offroad protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for great on-road handling characteristics. Up front, the kit utilizes top mounted strut spacers, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers along with a multipiece differential relocation brackets and heavy duty skid plates built for offroad protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles utilizing factory tie rod ends allowing for ESC system compatibility. These combined with the provided sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, lower control arm cams, supplied hardware and more provide a comprehensive front suspension lift ready for whatever you throw at it.

In the rear, this kit utilizes heavy duty cast steel lift blocks, brake line bracket and longer u-bolts. The rear of this kit is rounded out with your choice of specially tuned NX2 nitro series gas shocks or FOX 2.0 IFP performance series gas shocks to offer improved damper performance.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with their heavy duty 1/4-inch thick laser cut perfect fit crossmembers. Paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

BDS corrects steering geometry at the new taller ride height using a pair of high-strength, CNC machined ductile cast iron steering knuckle design to work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Will not work on TRD Pro Models
2. Minor welding required
3. Requires frame bracket modification
4. Stock wheels cannot be reinstalled
5. System will work on 2WD PreRunner models
6. Can not use 17" wheels.
7. Some 2014-15 models may not achieve net lift height stated but will have the same lift stance/final height of an equally equipped 05-13 model
8. Fox Shocks required for 2013-2016 models
